CubbyBook is daycare management software for home child care providers. We help educators replace paper binders, scattered texts, and carbon-copy forms with one simple app that handles attendance, daily reports, incident forms, enrollment, and parent communication.
Why we built CubbyBook
Home daycare providers are incredible. They nurture, teach, and care for children every day — often running their entire business solo. But the administrative side can be overwhelming: attendance logs, incident reports, daily records, enrollment paperwork, parent communication. Most of it still happens on paper.
We built CubbyBook because providers deserve tools that are as thoughtful as the care they give. Not a bloated enterprise system designed for large centers, but something simple, fast, and built specifically for how home daycares actually work.
