Can parents see other families? +
No. Each parent sees only their own child's reports, photos, and messages. Broadcasts arrive as individual private threads, never a group chat.
Can I send photos in messages? +
Messages are text-only today. Photos reach parents through daily reports (Pro) and the photo gallery, where parents can view and download them.
